Select a start and end date in the booking form. Please note the minimum booking period of 14 days and a delivery time of 4 days.
After receiving your booking request, we will process it within one working day and ship the product in a reusable shipping box. Delivery is handled by DHL and usually takes up to 3 working days.
If your delivery does not arrive within this period, please contact us by email at Info@pnprotect.comIn this case, your booking period will be extended accordingly to account for the delay.
After the booking period ends, simply return Cooling system Lite in the provided shipping box. You will receive the return label via email in due time.
Take the parcel to a nearby DHL branch and hand it in using the return label.

The Lite cooling system is filled with cold tap water and the included ice packs. The joint cuff is then connected to the cooling system via the quick-connect water coupling, and the cold therapy session can begin. The fully adjustable cuff is suitable for circumferences of up to 70 cm (27.6 inches). If needed, additional 30 cm (11.8 inch) extension straps can be ordered separately.
The integrated gel provides particularly uniform cooling over several hours. This allows a tissue temperature of 13–18°C to be maintained for several hours, making it suitable for prolonged and controlled application.
